This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act points to.

What that means here

Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, and the focus outline is always visible. Text contrast meets or exceeds the AA ratio against its background. Every image has alternative text, and our service areas are written out in full rather than shown only on a map, so nothing is available visually alone. Headings are in order, form fields have real labels, and the postal-code check announces its result when it changes.

The site respects your system setting for reduced motion. Text can be enlarged to 200% without anything being cut off or overlapping.

Where we know we're not there yet

We'd rather say this than claim a clean sheet. We're still testing with screen readers on real devices, and we haven't yet had the site reviewed by someone who uses one daily. If you find something that doesn't work for you, that's a bug and we want to hear about it.

Under Ontario's accessibility standards for customer service, our team will accommodate service animals, support persons and assistive devices in the homes and workplaces we clean. Tell us anything that would make the visit work better for you when you book.
