Cleaning on a schedule
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly, on a day that stays the same. This is most of what we do, and it's how a space stays genuinely comfortable rather than endlessly caught up on.
Every visit: kitchen surfaces, sink, hob and the outside of appliances; bathrooms top to bottom including shower, tub, toilet and mirrors; all floors vacuumed and washed; dusting of surfaces, sills and skirting within reach; bins emptied and relined; and a tidy-up so the place is put back, not just cleaned.
Deep clean
One visit that reaches everything a routine clean doesn't. Take it on its own, or as the first clean before a schedule starts.
Adds: inside cupboards and drawers; baseboards and door frames; light fittings and switch plates; extractor and vent covers; behind and under moveable furniture; window sills and interior frames; detailed descaling in bathrooms; grout and tile edges.
Moving in or moving out
An empty home cleaned to the standard a landlord, a buyer or a walkthrough will accept. Everything in the deep clean, plus inside every cupboard, wardrobe and appliance — because on a moving day, nothing is in the way.
We agree the checklist with you before the day, so there's nothing to sort out afterwards.
Offices and workplaces
Offices, clinics, dental practices, studios, gyms and retail. Scheduled around your opening hours — early, late or overnight — so your team walks into somewhere that feels looked after.
Commercial work is quoted per space rather than off a list, because a dental practice and a design studio need quite different things.
Post-construction and one-off jobs
After a renovation, before a photo shoot, ahead of a family visit. If it doesn't fit neatly into any of the above, tell us what you need and we'll price it properly.

Add-on prices are before HST. Ask for any of these when you book, or mention it on the day — we'll always confirm the price before we do the work, never after.
What we don't do
We'd rather say so warmly up front than have you find out on the day.
No exterior windows above ground floor. No carpet shampooing or steam cleaning. No pest treatment. Nothing needing a ladder taller than a step stool. We don't move heavy furniture, though we'll happily clean around and under anything you move first.
