How our pricing works
Every space is different, so we'd rather look at yours and give you one firm number than post a list that turns out not to apply. Tell us about it and you'll have a price within one business day.
What shapes the price
Size. Bedrooms, bathrooms and overall floor area — or, for a workplace, the number of rooms and washrooms.
How often we come. Cleaning on a schedule costs less per visit than a one-off, because a space that's kept up takes less time than one we're rescuing.
What kind of clean. A routine visit, a full deep clean, or a move-out where every cupboard is empty and open.
Condition. If a place hasn't had a professional clean in a while, we'll usually suggest one deep clean first and then a schedule. It works out kinder on the budget than paying for extra hours on every single visit.
What's already included
Supplies, equipment and travel inside our service area. No call-out fee, no fuel surcharge, and no minimum contract on a recurring clean.
Prices we quote are before HST. Ontario HST is 13%, and it's shown on your invoice.
Paying
Credit card, debit card, or automatic payment for regular clients. Your first clean can be paid once it's finished, if you'd rather see the work first.

Add-on prices are before HST. Ask for any of these when you book, or mention it on the day — we'll always confirm the price before we do the work, never after.
