Who we are
KASA Professional Cleaning Services is a trading name of Kasa Nesa Corp., a company registered in Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at hello@kasacleaning.ca or 289-887-9185.
What we collect
When you book a clean or send us a message we collect your name, address, postal code, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about your home. If you pay online we collect a record of the transaction, but your card details are held by our payment processor and never by us.
Our website records basic analytics — pages viewed, roughly where in the country the visit came from, and which site sent you. That data is not tied to your name.
Why we collect it
To quote your clean, get to your home, do the work, take payment, and get in touch if something changes. If you're a recurring client we keep enough on file to schedule you without asking the same questions every time. We may email you about your own bookings. We only send marketing email if you've said yes, and every one has an unsubscribe link that works.
Keys and access codes
If you give us a key, a lockbox code or a garage code, it is stored in a locked system, it is not labelled with your address, and it is only available to the team assigned to your home. Ask us to destroy or return it at any time and we will, same week.
Who else sees it
Our payment processor, so you can pay by card. Our scheduling and invoicing software. Nobody else. We do not sell customer information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as you're a client, and then for the period Canadian tax and business records rules require. After that it's deleted.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email hello@kasacleaning.ca and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Cookies
